St. Pius X Seminary: Tonsures and First Minor Orders - 2023

On March 4, 2023, the Ember Saturday in Lent, at the St. Pius X seminary in Ecône, Bishop Tissier de Mallerais conferred the clerical tonsure on ten Levites (6 French, 2 Italians, 1 Luxembourger and 1 Swiss) and to a Capuchin brother from Morgon, and the orders of porter and lector to nine others (1 Belgian, 6 French, 1 Spaniard, and 1 Swiss) as well as two Capuchin brothers from Morgon.
A few new lectors exercise their order by chanting the lessons from the Ember Day Mass.
