On the feast of St. Apostles Peter and Paul, June 29, 2022, eight priests and five deacons were ordained at the International Seminary of St. Pius X in Ecône, Switzerland, under a brilliant sun.
On this traditional day for ordinations, Bishop Alfonso de Galarreta proceeded with the ordinations of deacons and priests.
There are eight new priests: 1 English, 6 French, and 1 Swiss.
There are five new deacons: 1 Canadian, 2 French, and 2 Swiss.
There were numerous faithful attending, as well as clergy. More that 160 priests imposed their hands on the ordinands.
