The Missionary Work of the SSPX in Mexico Inspires Local Youth

January 26, 2019

The meeting of the coordinators of the National Association of Marian Youth (ANJM) was held from January 11th to 13th, 2019, in Saltillo, in the Mexican State of Coahuila, in the presence of their national chaplain, Fr. Fidel Puga, a priest of the Society of Saint Pius X. On the agenda: piety, study and action.

The conferences’ triple goal was to motivate, orientate and encourage the youth in their apostolate. The grand finale of this formation session was a guided tour of the city’s major sanctuaries, organized by the group “Santiago Apóstol”.

After these three studious days, two young people from Saltillo made their engagements in the ANJM. Founded on the same model as the MJCF in France (Mouvement de la Jeunesse Catholique de France), the ANJM’s goal is to offer a doctrinal formation to young people who wish to defend their Faith and work to spread the reign of Our Lord Jesus Christ.

This missionary and Marian work has the support of the SSPX priests and is present in seven of Mexico’s States.
