A Holy Year Webcam and Monthly Magazine

The new monthly magazine for the Holy Year, Piazza San Pietro
To mark the Holy Year, the Vatican has installed a permanent webcam showing the tomb of St. Peter, located beneath the high altar of the basilica, itself under Bernini's canopy. The faithful from around the world can thus view the tomb from a computer.
The Vatican already has a webcam that allows visitors to view St. Peter's Square at any time. Another camera is installed focused on the Holy Door, which Pope Francis opened on December 24, inaugurating the Jubilee of 2025.
In addition, the Vatican is launching a monthly magazine entitled Piazza San Pietro. The first issue of this illustrated magazine, published in December, is 80 pages long – including about fifteen advertising pages. It contains articles signed by members of the Curia, such as the Prefect of the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith, the Secretary General of the Synod, the Co-Prefect of the Dicastery for Evangelization, and more.
Note that the "Letters to the Editor" section includes a "Francis Responds" page, where the Pope himself writes a response to a letter from a reader. The magazine is available for sale in St. Peter's Basilica or by subscription. The editors of this publication are considering distribution in schools and waiting rooms at train stations and airports.
Finally, two other initiatives: a new font has been created for all digital and print communications, and a room has been set up near the basilica to host meetings with journalists during the Jubilee.
