Results of the 2016-2017 Rosary Crusade Have Been Compiled

We are still awaiting the results from some communities and religious houses, but we can already confirm that the goal of 12 million rosaries was not reached. We can not, however, ignore the great generosity of the United States District, where over 3 million rosaries were recited.

As Bishop Bernard Fellay declared in his sermon on August 20, 2017, during the Fatima pilgrimage, even if the crusade is over, its spirit of prayer and penance must continue:

Do not think that now that the crusade is over, so can stop…If we asked you to recite so many rosaries and to live this life of sacrifice, it was so that it can continue. The crusade is over officially, but your practice is not supposed to stop. It is Our Lady who asked for this penance and the recitation of the Rosary. So let us be faithful to the words of the Blessed Virgin. We pray with all our heart for her triumph that will come when God wills, as He wills; but it will come.
