The Vatican: The Website Vatican News Will Soon Be Available

The missionary agency Fides will be on Vatican News.

The Holy See is getting ready to launch a new information website online.  Under the name of Vatican News, this multimedia portal will centralize the news published by Osservatore Romano, Radio Vatican and the missionary agency Fides.  Announced for “before Easter” by Archbishop Claudio Maria Celli, President of the Pontifical Council for Social Communities, one of the goals of Vatican News will be to give a better visibility on “problems or situations that concern the ecclesial communion in different countries,” according to statements recorded by Osservatore Romano on March 1.
